Directions: Print, cutout, hole punch and slide onto a ring/ribbon (I recommend card stock or laminations for years of use). These cards are great visual reminders for young children. Healthy Teeth Activity! 1. Print and cut: Print out pages and cut out food. 2. Laminate (Suggested Step): I suggest laminating a version for years of use! 3. Attach: Use sticky tack, tape, velcrow or your choice of adhesive for the food. Lesson Suggestions: Cut out the food and laminate. Begin the lesson by playing the Good Eating Movie song on Youtube and reading the book. First take the children through which foods are healthy and which are not, then distribute the foods to each student in class. Have each child place their food on the correct tooth. The childrens can also use a toothbrush and paste to practive washing the healthy tooth (laminate that page or use a pocket protector). -Materials: You will need scissors and adhesive for the foods. -I recommend lamination for years of use! -Great to include with food or health lesson plans.
